Agree to abide by the College expectations of the evening, particularly those points outlined below.

1. I agree to abide by the College's expectations regarding punctuality and attendance before the evening and will make appointments outside of school hours.
2. There will be no pass outs from the venue and students are not permitted to leave prior to 10.30pm.
3. Students will be dismissed from the venue at 10.30pm and will need to leave the venue by 10.50pm.
4. There is to be no smoking/vaping, and no attendees may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Any student who is suspected, at any time, during the evening of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or displays behaviour inappropriate for a school function will be removed and required to go home. In such a situation the parents of the student will be contacted to collect their child from the formal or a taxi will be arranged, and the fare billed to the parents.
6. Students will treat the facilities and staff with respect. Any damage or removal of items will be billed to the respective families of students responsible.
7. The students and their guests must provide emergency contact details before gaining admission to The Hilton Adelaide.
8. I agree to comply with requests by staff who seek to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all concerned.
9. I will wear appropriate cocktail attire for the evening.

All partners from outside the College are also expected to follow the above Code of Conduct.

Students and partners are required to bring ID to the event.
