Condition of Entry
1, Regulations
1.1, All recreational fishing regulations as required by the Victoria Government, must be adhered to.
Any breach of these regulations will result in disqualification of the angler.
1.2, All competitors must have a current Victorian fishing license.
1.3, Any boat found to contain illegal equipment or bait will result in the disqualification of all competitors in the boat.
1.4, All competitors using boats must abide by the regulations governing the use of these vessels.
1.5, Campers are reminded to abide by all Parks Victoria rules and regulations.

2, Measuring of Fish
2.1, License must be shown at measuring of fish and must be available on request by marshals.
2.2, Only Murray Cod 55 -75cm and Golden Perch 30cm and over will be measured and will only be
entered into the competition upon its successful release.
2.3, European Carp and English Perch (Redfin) must not be returned to the water and Carp caught will be entered into their respective categories.

3, Competition
3.1, The committee reserves the right to alter or change the conditions of the competition at any time.
3.2, The competition boundaries are from Maritzis Bend to the Road Bridge on Bridge Rd.
3.3, Any protest must be in writing and lodged with the committee before final weigh in.
3.4, The committee reserves the right to refuse anyone entry, without assigning a reason.
3.5, In breaching any rules or regulations the competitor will forfeit all entrance fees.
3.6, In consideration and as a condition of my entry to the Toolamba Fishing Club Inc, Toolamba Fishing Classic. I, my heirs, executors and administrators agree to waive all and any claims, right or course of action which I, or they, may have against the Toolamba Fishing Club Inc, or its servants, agents, and assigns for or arising out of my death, injury, damage or loss of any kind (including equipment) which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequence upon my entry or participation in the competition.
