1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and, if requested, must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one entry is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds due to change of mind or arriving late.
4. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued to patrons.
5. The event organiser (Glenrock Ghost Fungus Tours) reserves the right to refuse entry for unsocial behaviour, with no refund given.
6. Ticket holders must wear closed shoes and not be affected by drugs or alcohol to participate in a tour. No pets are allowed in national parks.
7. It is recommended that ticket holders bring warm clothes and a torch. Please be advised there are no facilities including toilets in Glenrock.
8. Ticket holders attest they are capable of walking up to 2 kilometres on uneven, muddy trails.
9. Ticket holders attest that they will stay on trails and not disturb the natural habitat.
10. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. This tour is not suitable for ages 0-4.
11. Proof of concession card may be requested.
12. Tours will leave on time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you can find parking. Tours run for roughly 50 minutes.
13. Tour meeting point will be advised a few hours before the tour via email.
14. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.
15. Glenrock Ghost Fungus Tours has all rights to photograph the event, but will not include the faces of children. Participants can advise if they do not wish to be photographed.
