Terms and Conditions – Harcourts Local Corporate Golf Day

Fundraising for: The Lady Musgrave Trust and Mental Awareness Foundation
1. Event Purpose
All net proceeds from the event (after deduction of operational costs) will be donated evenly to The Lady Musgrave Trust and the Mental Awareness Foundation.
2. Bookings and Payment
- All bookings must be made via the official event booking platform.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event (on or before 7th August 2026) will be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event (after 7th August 2026), including non-attendance on the day, unless otherwise stated under Clause 4.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
- In the event the Golf Day is postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- If the event is cancelled entirely, all booking fees will be refunded in full.
- If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to:
~ Transfer their booking to the new date, or
~ Request a full refund if unable to attend the rescheduled event.
5. Liability
- Jaqbart Pty Ltd T/A Harcourts Local will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.
- Participation in the event is at your own risk.
6. Photography and Media
- By attending the event, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken of you on the day being used for promotional and marketing purposes by Harcourts Local.
7. Changes to the Event
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, inclusions, or format as required, while maintaining the overall intent and integrity of the event.
Raffle Ticket Terms and Conditions
Event: Harcourts Local Corporate Golf Day – Friday, 21st August 2026

1. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle tickets.
- By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Sales
- Raffle tickets are available for purchase online via the official booking platform.
- Tickets are available up until 12:30 PM AEST on Friday, 21st August 2026, or until sold out.
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as stated in Section 6.
3. Prizes
- All prizes will be listed on the raffle page and/or advertised at the event.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.
- The draw will take place at the Harcourts Local Corporate Golf Day on 21 August 2026.
- Winners will be drawn at random and announced on the day. Winners not present will be contacted using the details provided at purchase.
4. Use of Funds
All proceeds from raffle ticket sales will be donated to:
- The Lady Musgrave Trust-
- Mental Awareness Foundation
5. Winner Notification and Collection
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone if not present at the time of the draw.
- Prizes must be collected within 14 days of the event, unless otherwise arranged.
- Any unclaimed prizes after 14 days may be redrawn or donated to the fundraising charities.
6. Cancellation or Changes
- If the event is cancelled or postponed, the raffle draw will still proceed on a rescheduled date, and all valid ticket entries will remain valid.
- If the raffle cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be offered for ticket purchases.
7. Liability
- Jaqbart Pty Ltd T/A Harcourts Local accepts no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries or technical issues affecting online purchases.
- The organisers’ decision on all matters relating to the raffle is final.
8. Governing Law
- This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Queensland gaming and fundraising regulations.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
