Cafe Maya Filipino Grill Night (INIHAW) – Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets must be purchased in advance via TryBooking. Limited tickets are available and sales will close once capacity is reached.

2. Inclusions
Each ticket includes:

One (1) flame-grilled chicken meal (choice of basting & sauce)
One (1) side (rice, salad, or chips)
One (1) non-alcoholic beverage (bottled water, soft drink, or Bundaberg selection)

Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase on the night.

3. Seating & Entry

Seating is limited and may be shared (communal-style).
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Please arrive on time to ensure your seat and full experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the event.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in advance.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

6. Event Changes

Cafe Maya reserves the right to make changes to the menu, schedule, or entertainment without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages (if available) will be served in accordance with responsible service laws.
Valid ID may be required. Service may be refused at staff discretion.

8. Conduct & Safety

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other attendees.
Cafe Maya reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund.

9. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being included in such content unless you notify us otherwise.

10. Liability

Cafe Maya is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except where required by law.
