VACCINATIONS
Please ensure that your dog is protected and fully immunised. All dogs on the Course must be vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis and Parvovirus (minimum of a C3 vaccination).

ACCOMMODATION & MEALS
Accommodation is the responsibility of individual students.
Course fees cover morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

MOBILE DEVICES & CAMERAS
Mobile devices and cameras are not permitted in the classroom or during meal breaks. They are not to be carried during the day. Anyone found to be carrying a mobile phone or other device may be asked to leave the Course.

REFUND POLICY
The Working Dog Centre accepts no responsibility for changes to participants' work commitments or personal circumstances.

Should participants be unable to attend on the course dates specified in their booking, they may send a substitute person in their place, providing the Working Dog Centre has been advised in writing at least 48 hours beforehand.

Participants unable to attend the Working Dog Training School or send a substitute person on the dates specified in their booking must contact the Working Dog Centre in writing no later than 28 days prior for a full refund.

Cancellations less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to the course commencement date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% to cover costs incurred.

Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the course commencement date will not receive any refund or consideration whatsoever, for any reason.

The course is only for those who have paid their fees …“lookers” and “observers” are not permitted.
