Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

We do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, or if you simply neglect to login and attend, or if you miss sessions. If a product is damaged or faulty at time of purchase (eg; you cannot login to the Moodle system due to technical issues, either on your end or ours), RWA will offer to either a) refund your registration fee as per our cancellation and refund policy, or b) provide a voucher to the same value as your course registration for you to use on another RWA OWL course.
Proof of purchase required for refunds and re-registrations.

If for any reason a course does not go ahead (for example, not enough registrants) your registration fee will be refunded.

RWA reserves the right to change or cancel a course for any reason, and will make best efforts to communicate changes to attendees prior to course commencement. Attendees will have the choice of refund or re-registration for another course.

OWL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given up to one week prior to the commencement of the workshop. Refunds will be by direct bank deposit and may take up to four weeks to process. After this time no registration fees will be refunded but may be credited to a future course. All payments for a workshop must be received by the registration cutoff date.
In the event a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor inability to teach class, registration fees will be refunded or applied to a future workshop of the applicant’s choosing.
Invitations to the workshop are sent 2 days prior to the start of class. If you pay for a workshop and do not receive an invite please contact the registrar on owls@romanceaustralia.com immediately.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
