Cancellation and Refunds Policy: Cancellations notified in writing prior to February 28, 2022 will be refunded in full. Applications for cancellations received after this date may be refunded at a reduced rate at the discretion of the District Conference Committee following the close of the conference. If Covid 19 should make it impossible to hold the conference face to face all registrations will be refunded.
