Payment

All credit card purchases are processed through a secure online payment system.
Each ticket/product you buy and payment you make via TryBooking, is subject to a non-refundable booking.
All prices are stated in Australian dollars.

Exchanges and refunds

By purchasing a workshop/event/product, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot exchange or refund any payments.
When purchasing any online learning recordings, please carefully select the appropriate session. Due to security purposes and payment systems, we cannot transfer a booking after purchase.
Refunds will only be offered, if Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand, cancel a workshop/event due to Covid19, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified individually should we need to contact you regarding this matter.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
