There are no refunds on ticket sales.

In the event the Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend Gala Dinner cannot go ahead due to coronavirus (COVID-19), guests are entitled to a refund for any services not provided. Challenge may deduct reasonable expenses they have already incurred, from any refund.

The safety and wellbeing of all patrons, volunteers, contractors and staff is our number one priority. If you are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), awaiting a COVID-19 test result or have otherwise been directed to self-isolate or quarantine you must not attend the event.

Guests who are unable to attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 result or who are required to isolate may at the discretion of Challenge transfer the ticket ownership to another party.

Where, by reason of a Force Majeure Event, Crown are unable to, wholly or in part, host the Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend Gala Dinner and the event is cancelled, guests who have purchased tickets will be refunded the ticket price less any reasonable expenses Crown has already incurred.
