Ticket not valid until payment received. If you are not able to pay by credit card and need to pay by bank transfer please enter the word invoice in the promo code box at checkout. You will then receive an automatically generated tax invoice from Trybooking as well as your tickets. Please forward these documents to accounts@firesticks.org.au. You will then be issued with a Firesticks tax invoice, with payment details. Firesticks will confirm with the ticket holder that the bank transfer payment has been received and the ticket numbers are valid. If funds are not received within 7 days, tickets will be cancelled and released for re-sale.
This is an all weather event. Prepare for rain, hail or shine. This is an on country event, and has no accessibility provisions - all patrons need to take personal responsibility for mobility and health related requirements that may affect travel around the site and ability to partake in workshop activities. The organisers are unable to provide staff to look after these needs - if you require a support person it is your responsibility to organise.
Main meals will be provided during the Munu munu 2022 program, however bring your own snacks and anything specific to your needs. If you have dietary requirements other than the options specified in the form above contact: info@firesticks.org.au
All patrons, volunteers and staff are required to bring their own camping gear or alternatively arrange their own off-site accommodation and transport.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else please ensure that all of the medical information is entered correctly and that the attendee has read and agrees to the event terms and conditions. Firesticks Alliance Indigenous Corporation does not take responsibility for incidents that occur due to the incorrect or untrue documentation of participant details and/or acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The site is remote with no mobile reception so all electronic tickets must be saved to your device prior to arriving at the site. Alternatively please ensure you have a printed copy of your tickets with you when presenting for check-in at the site.
Children under 4 years old need to be under the supervision of their parent/guardian at all times during the NIFW. Parents take all responsibility for administering routine medication to their children (if necessary) for the duration of the workshop. Parents agree to supervise their children during routine nap times (if necessary) and meal times. You agree for us to administer sunscreen and insect repellent if required.
This ticket is proof of purchase for the Munu Munu 2022 program and must be presented at the time of admission. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Firesticks Alliance. Firesticks Alliance reserves the right to refuse entry. This ticket may be valid as a receipt. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking. Firesticks Alliance is responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets.
This is a drug and alcohol free event. Any persons who are noisy, threatening or unruly may be asked to leave.
No unauthorised filming or recording during the event workshops or other organised activities. Images, video and audio will be collected by the Firesticks Alliance. Firesticks Alliance has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event and associated activities. Any data collected from this event will be in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
By purchasing this ticket I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Firesticks Alliance harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) in connection with my attendance and/or participation at the fire workshop. All other public liability related incidents are covered.
