SeerPharma reserves the right to alter the training venue if necessary.

SeerPharma will not confirm training programs until the minimum number of registrations has been received. This means that participants may be notified of postponed/rescheduled courses until one week prior to scheduled start.

To reschedule or cancel a booking, please notify SeerPharma within 5 full working days prior to the commencement of the course in writing.

Should SeerPharma receive less than 5 full working days notice a cost will be charged a fee of $100 to cover administration costs. Participant substitutions are permitted prior to the course commencement.

Where a cancellation invalidates a group discount, normal course fees apply. Cancellation is required in writing or via fax or email.

SeerPharma reserves the right to cancel any training sessions at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. SeerPharma will not be responsible for airline penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation. If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend, a refund will not be issued. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations if necessary.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
