Passes and tickets are non-refundable unless the Event Organisers cancels the event. In the event of a partial cancellation (eg one session), only that portion of the pass or ticket price relating to that event will be refunded.

If a patron cannot attend due to government regulations requiring them to isolate due to COVID-19, the patron will be offered a later session (if available), a credit for a future event, or a refund.

Far South Film Festival is under no obligation to honour passes or tickets that have been re-sold online via 3rd party sites. Far South Film Inc through TryBooking is the only valid ticketing agent for the Far South Film Festival.
