I acknowledge and accept the following:
I have read and accept the terms and conditions outlined by The Scots College Bus Pass Policy.
I have read and accept the terms and conditions outlined by the Code of Conduct.
I acknowledge that The Scots College may cancel or withdraw the bus pass if terms and conditions are not followed. Refer to Breaches of the Code of Conduct.
I understand and acknowledge the service is a College sponsored bus service operated by Kinetic, 69-71 Henderson Street, Turrella NSW 2205 for students of The Scots College.
I understand and acknowledge The Scots College has extended this service for the convenience of siblings attending independent neighbouring Eastern Suburb girl schools and/or public schools.
I understand and acknowledge The Scots College has extended this service for the convenience of non-siblings attending Eastern Suburb independent neighboring girl schools and/or public schools (Years 3 to 6).
We acknowledge that students who are not members of The Scots College are not covered by The Scots College insurance policy.
We acknowledge that The Scots College is not liable for students attending independent Eastern Suburb neighbouring girl schools and/or public schools for accident or misadventure while travelling on The Scots College sponsored bus service.
We acknowledge that as students of Eastern Suburb independent girl schools and/or public schools travelling on The Scots College sponsored bus service travel entirely at their own risk.
Accordingly, we absolve Scots from any claim and acknowledge that we are limited to the motor, vehicle, accident (MVA) insurance held by Kinetic bus company in the event of an accident.
