COVID-19 REGULATIONS
IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT ALL ENTRANTS & SPECTATORS WILL BE COMPLIANT WITH CURRENT COVID-19 REGULATIONS ON THE DAY.
These may include Proof of Double Vaccination, QR Code Check-In, Wearing of Face Masks & Social Distancing

ENTRY FEE: - $20 car & Driver, Adult $5, Children under 16 free

EVENT SCHEDULE
•Gates Open at 8:00am Judging Starts at 10:30am Entries Close at 10:30am•10:30am – 12:30: - Short listing will take place and this will be confirmed by a Coloured dot on windscreen or M/C Headlight.
•1:00pm – 1:30pm (Approx.): - Finalists will have a RED dot placed on windscreen or MC Headlight.
•2:00pm – 3:00pm (Approx.): - Award Presentations will take place adjacent to Event Admin.
If your vehicle has a RED dot, please ensure you attend. Trophies must be collected on the day.
•The Judges decisions on the day will be final.
•Vehicles are NOT to exceed walking pace within the Show Site
•All Vehicles MUST leave the site via the North end of the Ground opposite Zeally Bay Road

NOTE: - Entrants, spectators and sponsors participate at their own risk. The Public Liability insurance policy for this event excludes "registered motor vehicles" – as this is covered by your TAC motor registration component. By signing this entry form you will hold yourself, club and Rotary in general - harmless for all claims arising from your participation and the use of your vehicle at this event.
