1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Bookings will be refunded in full if cancelled prior-to midnight on 17 March 2023
No refunds are available for bookings cancelled after midnight on 17 March 2023. (Unless the cancellation is COVID-19 related or a health emergency pandemic or random act of god, then the amount paid will be refunded or the conference rescheduled) .
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

8. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund

10. Photographs and video of the proceedings and audience may be taken by an official photographer at the Rotary District 9780 conference. By participating in the conference you consent to being filmed or photographed which may be used for promotional purposes.
