If we are forced to cancel the entire session (eg. for bad weather) refunds will be processed for all ticket holders. Once the session has begun, refunds will only be available in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds requested before the event will be accepted. Regrettably, "no shows" and refunds requested after the event are ineligible.

Please note that the Trybooking ticket fee (50c per ticket) is not within our control and is not refundable under any condition. We refund all monies we receive.

The Canberra Miniature Railway is now a cashless venue - cash no longer accepted. Please bring your card/device.

ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR IS REQUIRED - no thongs, sandals, etc.
