Tickets will be posted asap after booking to the address specified when the booking was made.
For bookings made after 10/10/2014, special arrangements will need to be made for delivery/collection of tickets.
Table Number allocations (1 - 65) and entry wrist bands will be available at the Ticket Desk at the Event Entrance (City end of the Road Closure area) from 11.30am 17/10/2014.
Tickets and Booking name must be presented to receive your Table Allocation and wrist bands.
Tickets/Wrist bands will not be held for collection by individuals from a table or group booking at the desk.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Event Organiser, but no refunds will be given after Friday October 10th.
In the event of inclement weather a marquee will be erected and the event will proceed.
King William Road Trader's Association has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
Any data collection for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy Information Act.
