Please note that we are unable to refund purchased tickets. If given plenty of notice, we may attempt to swap your booking date to another one if possible. If other dates are already full or no other dates are available then you are welcome to give the tickets to another family as long as you notify us of these changes. It's imperative that we have the correct information about the participants attending each session as we use participants' addresses to coordinate convenient meal deliveries where we can.
