Please note that, because of the nature of the communal kitchen facilities and the style of catering offered, the festival cannot cater for food allergies and cannot ensure that the meals offered are completely free of any particular substances. Should you require such assurances we require that you self-cater and not utilise the catered meals offered via this event.

Please note that Nanga Music Festival does not refund the cost of any tickets except in the event that the festival is cancelled. Tickets may be assigned to others provided the original purchaser advises Nanga Music Festival of the identity of the new owner. Ticket holders who do not match the identity of the ticket purchaser may be refused entry.

The COVID situation may impact on your ability to attend the festival and the festival extends a refund offer for your entry and accommodation cost in the event that you are sick immediately prior to the festival. Please see the terms and conditions of the Entry Ticket Event For details.

This does not extend to the refund of the cost of meals as the ingredients and staffing costs of the caterer are prepaid two weeks prior to the event. Assignment of meals as detailed above is permissible prior to 5pm on the opening day of the festival.
