TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS
At the Box Office
Tickets can be purchased from the Festival Box Office from 22-28 April, 2019. The Box Office is upstairs at Indus Restaurant, on Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Ubud, and open from 08:00am-5:00pm. Please check our website for maps and venue location.
Tickets may be purchased online at www.ubudfoodfestival.com. Please note there is a tiered pricing system to ensure the Festival is accessible to local audiences as well as international audiences. For customers purchasing tickets via online payment platform Trybooking.com, Australian Dollars are used. Booking fees will apply. If you do not have a credit/debit card, please see alternative payment methods listed on our website.
FoodLover Passes can be collected from the Box Office at the Festival Hub at Indus Restaurant from Monday 22 April 2019. You can nominate which day/s you will use the Pass upon collection. You must provide identification and proof of purchase in order to collect tickets. You will also be required to provide the relevant documentation for your pricing tier (International, Resident or Indonesian National).
Individual Kitchen Stage sessions must also be collected from the Box Office, and you must provide appropriate documentation for ticketing tiers (International, Resident or Indonesian National).
For all Special Events, Masterclasses, Food Tours, and other ticketed events taking place outside of the Festival Hub, your TryBooking.com receipt will suffice (printed or displayed on your device). You do not need to collect tickets for these events from the Festival Box Office.
Children under 12 are permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to Kitchen Stage events, as long as their parent or guardian has an applicable Kitchen Stage ticket.
Children under 5 are permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to Special Events but are not permitted to partake in any food or drink on offer as part of the event, and may not be permitted to licensed venues. In some circumstance where venue capacity is limited, we will advise that no children are permitted to attend that Special Event.
Children are not permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to Masterclasses.
- We offer a tiered pricing structure (International, Resident and Indonesian National) on Kitchen Stage sessions and our 1, 2 and 3-Day FoodLover Passes. Documentation (KTP/applicable visa) must be shown upon collecting your tickets.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance, except cancellation of event.
- Tickets are non-exchangeable. Tickets may not be exchanged.
- A ticket and/or FoodLover Pass must be shown to gain entry to all paid events.
During the Festival, our team will be taking photos, and filming all sessions. By attending the Festival, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
The Festival program is subject to change without notice. Ubud Food Festival is an all-weather event.
