* We are unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes. This ensures we can maintain a stable learning environment for all students with minimum class disruptions.

* A position in a class in not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

* Term fees are paid in advance.

* Refund will be provided on a pro-rated basis only in the first week.

* All prices inclusive of GST.

* We are not a qualified child care but an after school club. We will take an attendance and endeavour to inform in-notified absences to the school. We are not responsible if your child decides to forget, reach late or skip the session.
