By booking this event, I am also giving permission for the student to attend this event. Where the staff member in charge is unable to contact me, or where it is impracticable to contact me, I authorize the staff member in charge to 1) consent to any medical or surgical attention deemed necessary by a medical practitioner, and 2) administer such first-aid as the staff member in charge judges to be reasonably necessary. I understand that this is an official school event and that the student will adhere to the dress code, as outlined above, and behave in alignment with the school's code of conduct. I agree to meet any medical expenses and/or transport costs incurred in the event of sickness or injury. Further, I agree to meet any transport costs should my child be sent home as a result of misbehavior or inappropriate conduct.

Below is a list of our terms and conditions, please read through them carefully. - In the case of wet weather or extreme heat the school will have the option to cancel the booking and receive a full refund
- Gates open at 10am and will close at 2pm
- All rides are subject to weather conditions. If there is rain and/or extreme wind, some of our taller rides will cease operation until the weather subsides - We make every effort to ensure that all rides are available on the day of your booking. However, due to maintenance, some rides may not be available on particular days
- Pass outs will be available at the gate for teachers but NO STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXIT THE PARK for the duration of your visit (unless there is an emergency)
- Inappropriate, malicious or dangerous conduct on behalf of groups will result in LPM ceasing the operation of some or all attractions and ejecting guests from the venue without refund
- Students are welcome to bring their own food into the park
- For safety reasons, students with plaster casts or moon boots will not be permitted on any rides
- No children of teachers or siblings of students are permitted to attend.
