All ticket sales are final and tickets may not be transferred or on-sold to another person.
If you are unable to attend the event due to an error on the part of the organiser, e.g. such as provide incorrect address details are provided or an event venue becomes unavailable, we will give you the option of refund of the ticket cost, or transfer to another date.
If you are unable to attend an event that you have purchased tickets for and are able to provide a minimum of 24hrs notice, you will be given the option to transfer to another party date.
If you provide same-day notice of non-attendance or do not attend an event, you are not entitled to a refund or transfer.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
