If a delegate cannot attend the event and advises Jena Dyco in writing:

7 days prior to the event start date, no refund will be given.

8-21 days prior to the event start date, 50% of the registration will cover the cancellation fee. The rest of the payment will become credit which will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

22 days prior to the event start date, $150 cancellation fee will be charged. The rest of the payment will become credit which will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Should a customer fail to attend the event without notifying Jena Dyco, all money paid will be forfeited. In this instance no credit will be available.

Customers who are unable to attend the event are welcome to transfer their registration to another member of their company at no charge within 7 days. Registration transfers are not permitted for non company delegates. Jena Dyco must be notified of any registrant changes in this instance.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
