The Terms and Conditions of Ticket and Entry to the After SChool Club - Community Programmes, brought to you by Launceston Church Grammar School (Launceston Grammar), include the following. Please be aware these apply to all visitors to the venue, being Launceston Church Grammar School Senior Campus in Mowbray Heights.

1. Community Programme attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully whilst participating in all activities on the Launceston Grammar Senior Campus school grounds.
2. Launceston Grammar takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or equipment before, during or after the Community Programme.
3. Launceston Grammar has the right to use any photographs or video/film taken of Programme attendees for promotional activities, unless permission has not been granted.
4. Parents and/or Carers of a Community Programme attendee, acknowledge that the attendee is physically able to participate in events and associated activities selected and that they have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
5. Parents and/or Carers of a Community Programme attendee acknowledge that participating in the programme has inherent dangers and risks, including a risk of serious injury. In the event of injury or illness, Launceston Grammar may, at the cost of the attendees family, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential for the safety of the festival attendee. Launceston Grammar accepts no liability for any injury, claim or damages resulting from any medical treatment on-site.
6. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times by the attendee whilst at the Community Programme.
7. In order to sign up for Community Programme, Launceston Grammar may need to collect and keep personal information about the purchaser/holder, including the purchaser’s/holder’s name, address and telephone number.
8. Due to COVID-19 we ask that anyone with cold or flu symptoms to refrain from attending the Community Programme.
9. We require all participants to adhere to our COVID-19 safety guidelines including: Drop off/Sign in at the entrance to the school, social distancing of 1.5 meters, washing hands and using hand sanitiser as appropriate.
