IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
From 1/5/2021, all organisations in Tasmania have to register attendance using the 'Check In Tas' app.
If you have a smart phone, please download the Check In Tas app and we will have a QR code for you to scan with your phone camera at the concert. This will be the quickest way to check in, but if you don't have a smart phone you will still be able to sign in on paper.
In purchasing a ticket to this concert, please be aware that Hobart Chamber Orchestra will maintain a list of concert attendees and their email addresses for 21 days for the purpose of contact tracing, should anyone at the concert test positive to COVID-19.
In order to keep us as safe as possible, we ask you to answer the following questions on the day of the concert:
In the last 7 days have you experienced fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell? Yes/No
In the last 14 days have you travelled overseas or to a known hotspot area? Yes/No
In the last 14 days have you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19? Yes/No
If you answer “Yes” to any of these questions, please do not enter the concert venue, as you may be an infection risk to others.
Please use alcohol gel before entering the concert hall. This will be available at the entrance to the venue. Please remember the 1.5m physical distancing rule.
If you develop symptoms after the concert, please have a COVID-19 test and notify Hobart Chamber Orchestra as soon as possible, at email@example.com
