A) If you are unable to attend the event due to change of mind or any other reasons including but not limited to health and personal reasons, you are required to provide at least 7 days written notice to email@example.com before the first date of the festival (by 14th April midnight). You may choose to obtain a refund (minus 20% cancellation fee) or a credit note of the full paid amount to be used towards the next year's event.
If you notify us within 7 days of the start of the event you are not eligible to receive a refund or a credit note. You may transfer your pass to another attendee, for a fee of $25.
B) You can request transfer your pass to another attendee, for a fee of $25 at any time.
A) If the event is cancelled due to COVID related health restrictions or border closures affecting your traveling to the event.
B) You are a close contact, or you have contracted COVID within the last 3 weeks prior to the event, you must notify us with appropriate evidence (provide the State Health Department SMS/EMAIL detailing your COVID status)
You will have an option to transfer your pass to the next year's event. Or you can ask for a full refund. No cancellation charges will be applied.
