Pre paid parking is non refundable. This includes if you decide not to turn up at the last minute. (It is just not effective to manage and administer.)
If the event is cancelled prior to the day commencing then your parking will be refunded though this portal and the Event Organiser will action this for you. If the event is cancelled after the regatta has commenced, your parking will be non-refundable.
Pre paid parking is about reducing traffic congestion for the more effective and safe arrival and departure of all transport.
The BSRA does not want to discourage spontaneous decisions to come to the regatta so the pre paid parking is available for purchase until 8am.
However please do not arrive at the venue and then purchase your ticket on the roadside and therefore block traffic.
If this behaviour is. adopted pre paid parking will close on Friday night and any cars presenting without pre paid tickets will be turned away and required to leave the venue.
