I, the undersigned, in completing this registration, recognize that while all care is taken, I hold harmless, release and discharge the event organisers, leaders and helpers from responsibility or accident, illness or damage of my property during my participation in the event. I agree to any necessary action being taken as first aid or medical attention in relation to accident or illness during my participation in the program. I agree to participate as I am able in the program offered and accept the leadership of the Team putting the event together and running its activities. I indemnify the Uniting Church in Australia & its servants & agents to the extent permitted by law against all liability, damage/s or loss/es that may be incurred by each and any of them. I require the contents of this document to be binding upon my family, heirs and assigns.
During the event, photos and videos will be taken and may be shown on Facebook or used to promote Godly Play and/or future events. If you would prefer us not to use photos in which your face is clearly visible, please let us know when you register.
