Following the State Government Public Activities Direction - Visitors should not enter if they:
• exhibit any symptoms indicative of COVID-19
• have any known contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19
Conditions apply to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff.
Capacity restrictions may apply. The nature of the booking will determine the practical number allowed in order to maintain appropriate physical distancing. Town Hall staff will work with patrons and hirers to determine this.
A COVID-Safe Plan must be submitted by all individuals or organisations that own, operate or host Defined Public Activities as outlined by the Emergency Management (Public Activities No 3) (COVID-19) Direction.
Please adhere to COVID-19 physical distancing requirements where possible (1.5 metre rule).
Please maintain good hygiene and use hand sanitiser provided when entering and leaving the venue.
All ticket holders aged 12 and over are required to wear a mask within the venue unless an exemption is held.
Cashless payment methods only.
Records will be kept of all attendees at the site should future contact tracing be required. All visitors are required to check in via either the QR Code or manual sign in sheet.
A cleaning regime is in place to ensure frequent environmental disinfection cleaning of the premises.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
