In general, tickets are non-refundable. As this is a single performance only, no transfers will be offered.
COVID-19 terms and conditions will apply to all ticket sales and refunds for this event. They include the following provisions:
* The Venue will offer a full refund or exchange to any ticket purchaser who, since their ticket purchase, has
developed any of the recognised symptoms of COVID-19.
* The Venue will offer a full refund or exchange to any ticket purchaser who, since their ticket purchase, has
come into contact with anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms or a confirmed case of Coronavirus.
* Refund or exchange in these circumstances will be available up until the start time of the performance.
* The Venue will offer a full refund or exchange for any tickets to shows cancelled by the Event Organiser due to COVID-19 related
instances.
* If the show is cancelled for other reasons, the Venue and Producer will endeavour to reschedule the show to a later date and offer patrons the choice of transferring their tickets to a rescheduled show, or a refund if they are unable to attend on the rescheduled date.
