Ticket holders must not attend the Australian Space Discovery Centre if you are unwell, including, for example, if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 such as shortness of breath, sore throat, cough or a fever.

You may be denied entry or asked to leave the Australian Space Discovery Centre if the Australian Space Discovery Centre and its staff have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are unwell and your attendance at the Australian Space Discovery Centre may be a risk to staff and other patrons. The Australian Space Discovery Centre will refund the value of your ticket if you are denied entry or asked to leave the premises for the purposes of this.

Australian Space Discovery Centre terms and conditions, found at discover.space.gov.au or at the desk found in the main entrance of the Australian Space Discovery Centre. Those terms and conditions include, but are not limited to, the conditions that follow.

Visitors to the Australian Space Discovery Centre have a shared responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others. In accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act, visitors are to:
1. Take responsible care of their own health and safety
2. Take responsible care to ensure they do not adversely affect the safety of others; and
3. Comply with all instructions given by the Australian Space Discovery Centre and its staff so far as they are reasonably able to.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 17 at all times while attending the Australian Space Discovery Centre.

The Australian Space Discovery Centre does not accept responsibility for the negligent acts or omissions of visitors including you. The Australian Space Discovery Centre’s liability to you is exclusively limited to loss and damage caused by a negligent act or omission by the Australian Space Discovery Centre. All visitors to the Australian Space Discovery Centre are fully responsible for the safe keeping and security of their own personal belongings and valuables while on the premises.

Food and drink is not permitted in the Australian Space Discovery Centre, including its gallery or theatrette.

Surveillance cameras monitor and record the Australian Space Discovery Centre premises and exhibits for the purposes of:
a. Internal quality monitoring;
b. The security and safety of staff; and
c. Ensuring public safety.

The Australian Space Discovery Centre may give some or all of the information collected by its surveillance cameras to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources, South Australia State Emergency Services, SA Health, law enforcement bodies or other agencies or individuals for the above purposes.

The information collected by surveillance cameras will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any other person or organisation unless such a use or disclosure is authorised by or under the Privacy Act 1988 or any other laws.
