PLEASE NOTE: After negotiating with our accommodation supplier we have determined a simpler and more generous 'Refund/Cancellation' policy.


Prior to attendance all participants will receive a link to register for this retreat, which will include all relevant contact details, emergency contact, medical declaration, dietary considerations etc. Please note this registration form must be completed before a participant can attend the retreat.


Check in is available from 2pm on 21/8/22
Check out is at 1pm on 27/8/22


Your safety and that of the group are our absolute priorities.

(3.1) It is a current requirement of the Indonesian Government that all travellers must be double vaccinated
(3.2) If you have come directly from the airport (via Ubud) you will be expected to do a RATest at time of your arrival - not mandatory but highly recommended.
(3.3) If you have NOT come directly from the airport and have been in Bali for more than 3 days prior to the retreat commencing, you MUST present evidence (e.g. photo) of a negative RATest to the retreat organisers on entering the retreat centre, undertaken within the previous 24 hours. (3.1) To maintain safety standards we are aiming for exclusive use of the venue.
(3.4) If you become symptomatic OR if you are made aware of being a close contact of a COVID positive case - you must inform the retreat organisers immediately. You will be provided with a RATest.
(3.4.1) If this RATest is positive, you will not be able to participate in retreat activities. While we support you to comfortably quarantine at the retreat centre, we will also assist you to get a PCR test to verify this result. If this PCR test is also positive we will continue to be support you to quarantine and help you access appropriate medical attention locally or arrange for transportation back to Australia if deemed necessary by medical authorities. If this PCR test is negative you will be deemed not to have COVID.
(3.4.2) If this RATest is negative but you are symptomatic, you will be able to participate in retreat activities, however will be required to continue to self administer a RATest until symptoms pass


(4.1) IF THE RETREAT ORGANISERS NEED TO CANCEL THE RETREAT due to Government restrictions, personal sickness or injury then you will need to contribute $250 to help cover costs. In this event you will be notified by email and this contribution should be redeemable through your travel insurance.
(4.2) IF A RETREAT PARTICIPANT NEEDS TO CANCEL and is unable to attend the retreat (COVID related or otherwise) you will be charged a CANCELLATION FEE of $500. This money should be redeemable through your travel insurance.
(4.3) Participants must send their cancellation request to


(5.1) Before attending this retreat you must provide us with the name of your travel insurance provider and policy number. This information will be requested at time of registration.
(5.2) Your travel insurance MUST include unlimited medical cover including evacuation to country of origin for any reason PLUS cancelation cover.
