Yarra Bend Golf Junior Term Program
Terms & Conditions

Yarra Bend Golf Junior Term Program bookings are to be made via the online portal only. Registration and payment must be made at the time of booking to secure a place in the appropriate class.
Bookings and payments will not be accepted over the phone or in store.
All payments are final and will not be refunded for change of mind.

Should a participant miss any classes during the Term Program for reasons outside of Yarra Bend Golf’s control, your coach will add a make-up class onto the existing curriculum ensuring students do not miss out on the full benefit of the Program. For example:
If the weather has impacted the ability for a class to go ahead in a safe manner.
Your coach is unable to run the class due to unforeseen circumstances – i.e., illness.
Forced course closure due to government direction / orders.
Make up classes will be held in week 9 of the School Term, where required.

Should a participant miss a class due to their own personal schedule, the coach will do their best to arrange an alternative day / time for a catchup class – students will be invited to join another class that is not at capacity – however, due to the nature of the Junior Term Program structure and schedule, this cannot be guaranteed. Any missed classes that cannot be rescheduled will be forfeited.

Participants wanting to begin the Program part way through the term will be required to wait until Week 5 – a 50% pro rata fee will be charged.

Yarra Bend Golf does not take any responsibility for participant’s possessions. We strongly suggest that participants do not bring any valuables along to the Junior Term Program as we cannot guarantee their safe return, if lost / misplaced.
All Junior Program coaches are fully qualified PGA professionals with a great deal of expertise in the golf coaching industry. Along with years of experience working with kids through the Junior Program and one-on-one coaching, all coaches also hold a valid Working with Children Check.

It is the responsibility of parents / guardians to provide full and correct contact information upon signup to ensure coaches or Yarra Bend Golf staff can be in contact where necessary.

Private lessons have been incorporated into the SMASH, Golf Development Program & Elite Development Program curriculum. The Program term fees are inclusive of all private lessons. You will not be refunded if your child is unable to attend during private lesson week/s. Private lessons will run in weeks 1 & 4 only.
Yarra Bend Golf reserves the right to cancel any classes that do not reach capacity - you will be contacted with alternative class times. A full refund will be given if your child cannot attend a class held at an alternative day / time.

Cash will not be accepted in the Pro Shop. All purchases must be paid for via EFTPOS.

Trial classes will only be available during Week 1 & Week 5, for classes not at full capacity. You are at no obligation to register your child for the full term. If your child decides to participate in the remainder of the term,
Full Program term fees will be required for students participating in a trial class during week 1.
50% pro rata term fees will be required for students participating in a trial class during week 5.
