1. You are participating in our event at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and will not hold BrisBricks Inc its employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors and/or independent contractors liable in any way for any injury to you or any loss or damage to your personal or third party property.
2. BrisBricks Inc will use photographs to capture images of the event. Due to large crowd numbers we cannot exclude individuals from photos.

I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event.
