Venue Info:
Entry to the theatre is via the external staircase in the middle of the PowerHouse building facing Lakeside Drive/Queens Road. Please note that lift access is NOT AVAILABLE at this venue at present. Metered parking is available next to the theatre until 9pm every day or undercover parking at Pullman Hotel across Queens Road.

Cracked Actors Theatre (CAT) follows the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. As such, tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated as outlined. Latecomers are not entitled to a refund. Ticket purchasers have the options to receive a refund or transfer their tickets to another session if the event is cancelled due to Covid restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

Variations to performances, events, venue or staging platform:

CAT reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.

CAT reserves the right to deliver the performance or event through another platform. i.e. if an audience is not able to access the theatre/venue to watch a live performance then the audience/patron can be offered an online option to watch the live performance real-time. This option is only available where the theatre/venue is not available for audiences to access or where the presenter has made this option available.

Conditions of entry:
Admission to an event is subject to the CAT’s Terms. In particular, the following form part of the CAT’s terms unless otherwise specified:

You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where CAT has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the CAT’s Terms, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.

If you arrive late, you may not be admitted or be admitted until a suitable break in the event.

You are not permitted to take into the event, or use, cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) to record the performance.


Tickets can be exchanged up to 72 hours before the performance date. All exchange requests must go to with your order number and requested date change.

If you select new tickets that are more expensive than your original ones, you will be charged the difference in the ticket prices.

All exchanges are subject to ticket availability. Tickets cannot be exchanged for sold out sessions.

COVIDSafe practices. General COVIDSafe practices that you should follow at the venue include:

Maintain physical distancing of 1.5m where possible from other attendees in queues, foyers and bars

Face mask must be worn at all times (when required by the DHHS) whilst inside the venue except when consuming drinks & food.

Make use of the hand sanitiser.

Listen to and comply with instructions given by venue staff.
