You may have multiple people who need access to setup events on your account but who do not need access to the more sensitive areas of information such as banking, account logins, passwords or refunds.
Consider setting these people up with Basic User access which will give them access to all areas except the screens from your dashboard under Account, Banking and Refunds. They will not be able to add or change passwords, logins, bank accounts nor issue a refund.
Setting up Basic user is easy. Select Configuration, Basic User and add.
TIP: Email addresses will need to be unique across all TryBooking logins. One person's email can only be used for your organisation either as a basic user or main account login. They cannot use this email address again on TryBooking for your account or another account login.
To access TryBooking, your basic user will use their login and password on the main TryBooking website to access the account.
