Basic User

You may have multiple people who need to access to setup events on your account but who do not need access to the more sensitive areas such as banking, account logins, passwords or refunds.

Consider setting these people up with Basic User access which will give them access to all areas except the screens from your dashboard under Account, Banking and Refunds.  They will not be able to add or change passwords, logins, bank accounts nor issue a refund.

To setup basic user is easy, select Configuration, Basic User and add.

TIP:  Email addresses will need to be unique across all TryBooking logins.  One person's email can only be used for your organisation either as a basic user or main account login.  They cannot use this email address again on TryBooking for your account or another account login.
