There may be times when you need to make contact with your attendees just prior to your event, to let them know about:

  • A last minute venue change.
  • Slight adjustment to the starting time.
  • Special last minute offers from sponsors.
  • Important details such as parking or travel issues.
  • Cancellations or reschedules or
  • A quick reminder about your event.

TryBooking makes it simple for you to email all attendees via the email buyer communication tool which is found under manage events and options on each event.

The template allows you to define your reply to email address (so that replies come directly back to you), the subject line and the content of your email. Please consider using the [TAGS] to automatically insert the relevant field relating to that person. The email editor has behaviour similar to the event homepage where images, tags, styling or hyperlinks can be used. You also have access to the source code for your own look to be defined.

The TEST button will send the copy of your email to TryBooking main account email login. Please test until you are completely happy with the content and look.

You can select to send to all bookings or specify a specific session time. By selecting SEND, your email will go immediately to all attendees selected.

Please note, this email will go to the person who made the booking, using the email address they entered at the time of booking and is intended as a communication tool about this one event rather than a marketing tool for upcoming events.  If you wish to email your patrons using your own email system (for marketing), you can download all of your customer email addresses using the export data report or via integrations.
