Follow up Emails
The 'Follow Up Email' is sent immediately after someone books into your event. Personalise the subject line, contact person and message. It's an optional item that can be switched on per event. This function is located within Manage Events, under Options.
Use the follow up email to communicate:
- Partner / Sponsors deals
- Important registration information
- Accommodation / maps and parking arrangements
- Pre-course reading material
- Permission and consent forms or
- Use it as your Tax Invoice
Add images, hyperlinks, contact information via the html editor to make it your own.
