Move a Booking
When a patron makes needs to change their booking to another section or session time, you can locate their booking and then reassign it via Move A Booking to another night / date, seats, section or table. You can only move bookings within the same event.
TIP: If you have reason to move bookings without being prompted by a patron, please consult patrons that you intend to move. This will ensure you have them on side as to why this is necessary or needed.
To move a booking:
1. From your Dashboard click on Move a Booking to first locate their original booking.
2. Select your event.
3. Enter the booking person's last name and click search. There is no need to enter all fields on this screen. You can refine your search by adding their first name.
4. Once you have found the correct booking, select the box Move and click next.
5. Here you can select which tickets are to be moved, select the session or section and select seats (if applicable).
6. Determine if you wish to have these new tickets emailed through by selecting the email option.
7. Click finish to complete the process.
