Adding Door Names to Seating Plan

For speed on entry, it's important that when you have more than 1 door, multiple levels and doors are required to indicate the door on the patrons ticket.

From Seat / Space either on your event or within Venue Templates in Configuration, you can link seats to a door which then prints onto your ticket.

Adding Door Names:

1.  From Seat / Space.

2.  Select Edit Door List.

3.  Add the door name, row and which seats.

4.  Once all seats are entered, click Validate Seats to ensure you haven't missed a seat.  Click Save.


Some plans will have a crowd control plan aligning preferred seat number with doors.  Do consult the venue if this isn't clear.
