Join us at The Velvet Haven for six sumptuous weeks where you will learn the liberating art of classical burlesque!This course is suitable for absolute burlesque beginners and more experienced dancers who would like to try their hand at burlesque.
During six 90-minute classes, you will learn:
The fundamental movements of classical burlesque!
Seductive clothing peels & reveals!
How to tease & tantalize your audience!
Dancing with a boa!
How to create & embody a burlesque persona!
Tassel twirling!
The fascinating history of burlesque!
When: Thursday 7.30-9pm
Dates: Starting 5th March for 6 consecutive weeks
Location: The Dance Studio, 827 Dominion Road, Mount Eden.
