Float & Flow with Noelle is an up-the-pole flow choreography workshop. You'll be learning a routine that weaves together climbs, shapes, and transitions up and around the pole. Great for those wanting to level up their pole fluidity off the floor.Best suited Low Intermediate/Level 3+ and above with confidence in climbs, and upright spins and tricks
