Te Kāhui Tonga o te Upoko o te Ika are excited to host our second annual Kapa Haka event: Te Haruru o te Kāhui Tonga. Come tautoko and support our Kapa Haka rōpū across all eight kura. Let’s celebrate Kapa Haka and Māori Performing Arts.

Venue: Riley Centre, Wellington High School
Session 1: 9.30-10.50*
Kura: Te Kura o Ōwhiro Bay, Te Kapa Kākāriki (SWIS), Te Kura o Tawatawa
*Please note that mihi whakatau starts at 9.30 am. If you are late, please wait outside until mihi whakatau is finished.
Session 2: 11.10-12.30
Kura: Te Kura o Haewai (HVS), Te Kapa o Ngā Puna Waiora, Te Rito o te Harakeke (Berhampore), Te Kura o Tapu Te Ranga (IBS).
Session 3: 1.00-2.30
Kura: Te Kapa Haka o Taraika, (+ Kāhui Wide Waiata, Karakia Whakamutunga)
