About

Celebrate Christmas the Victorian way with a sumptuous festive feast at the historic Criterion Hotel. Savour a menu inspired by traditional Victorian favourites, featuring classics such as Mulled Wine, Potage à la Cressy, Scotch Eggs, Shepherd's Pie, a roast joint with all the trimmings, Apple Charlotte, and Christmas Pudding. Special dietary requirements are happily catered for.
Inspired by this year's theme, "Celebration! Fun, Frolics & Festivities!", the event offers entertainment and a warm, festive setting. It's the perfect beginning to your evening before the Victorian Ball (Scottish Hall) or a delightful way to end your day in a relaxed, joy‑filled Victorian Christmas atmosphere with friends.
