Celebrating Our Public Gardens

Graeme will present his perspective on the history of Ōamaru’s much-loved public gardens, which have reached the grand old age of 150 years.  He will speak about some of the key people who created and developed the area, highlighting why it is such a special and renowned garden and covering the challenges of managing and caring for a living public facility.
