Meet & Mingle at Oruawharo Homestead

Friday 30 October 2026 – St Vincent's Church, Oruawharo Homestead, from 5.30pm

Because we can't predict how many people will attend on the night, we haven't been able to secure enough food trucks.

Instead, a local cater will provide canapés throughout the night. This means you can enjoy the food as it comes around, without having to queue to buy it.

There will now be a $10 door charge per person to subsidies the catering cost. Please bring cash if possible to help keep entry moving smoothly.

Please note that any profit made from the Takapau 150 Celebration weekend will be donated to the new Takapau Medical Centre.

When registering, we would also love to hear a little about your connection to Takapau and the wider district – whether you grew up here, have family connections, lived or worked in the area, or have another special connection to our community.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Takapau!
