Step into your power with Queen's Shield!In this foundation self-defence course, students will learn how to be aware of what’s going on in the environment around them and how to protect themselves from physical attacks, no matter their strength or size. Queen's Shield will include physical training and boundary-setting skills.
Students will develop situational awareness, enhanced motor skills, and improved strength and coordination. They will foster discipline and build confidence, assertiveness and self-esteem in a positive and engaging setting. Unlock your potential and become your own hero with Queen's Shield!
WHEN: Wednesday 3.45pm-4.45pm
DURATION: Week 1 to Week 8 (7 classes)
COST: $145 per term
LOCATION: PW3/4
