Join us for our first Business Banter for 2025 as Old Boy James Hay shares his experiences in creating his successful craft beer business, b.effect. Dedicated to bringing people together and helping to build better communities, the Wanaka-based brewery delivers a range of craft beers, as well ginger beer, cider, b.alive kombucha, and non-alcoholic beverages. The name – b.effect – references the Butterfly Effect in which small changes can result in great effects.James will take us on his business journey and share his insights in creating a sustainable business, embracing change, and delivering value outcomes for everyone at its heart.
